Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for new product development (NPD), custom fabrication, and cost optimization initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Production teams
- Provide product design solutions to customers and oversee the full development lifecycle-from concept to mass production
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
- Drive regular project updates and alignment with stakeholders, including Product Managers and global teams
- Ensure compliance with product design and manufacturing standards through proper documentation and control systems
- Support sourcing activities and prototype development in coordination with the Purchasing and Supply Chain teams
- Facilitate preparation of technical documentation such as BOM, SOPs, cost analysis, MSA timing, and user manuals
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Act as a key facilitator for project management processes and cross-functional collaboration
The Successful Applicant
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage)
- Licensed Engineer is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in engineering, product development, or project management
- Proven experience in managing design and development projects using 3D modeling software
- Strong background in handling multiple projects across different stages of the product lifecycle
