Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for the orchestration of projects comprising the CRS project portfolio. The PM leads a cross-functional team to deliver committed project benefits while ensuring project execution within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
Responsibilities
1. Program & Project Strategic Alignment and Planning
- Aligns project plans with program and project objectives and with external environmental factors and existing organizational process assets
- Defines project deliverables required to meet project objectives and creates the project work breakdown structure (WBS)
- Develops plans integrating the project components of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources
- Develops project risk management strategies and activities that adhere to the program risk management strategy
2. Program & Project Benefits Management
- Performs or supports benefits identification, delivery, and analysis on a project basis to be rolled up to an overall program level
- Transitions benefits and performance monitoring results and activities to the receiving or benefiting organization as part of project closure
3. Program & Project Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Creates a stakeholder engagement plan and engages project sponsors and other stakeholders through effective tools, methods, and technologies
- Manages end-to-end project stakeholder expectations from project initiation to closure through continuous involvement and feedback
4. Program & Project Governance
- Develops and applies the project governance structure for effective project decision-making
- Defines and clearly communicates resource accountabilities and responsibilities aligned with the project WBS and using standard project management tools and techniques
5. Program & Project Execution
- Directs and manages project activities and the project team, ensuring deliverables adhere to agreed-upon scope, schedule, and budget
Qualifications
- Five (5) or more years of experience as Project Manager, with proven success in leading projects from initiation to closure
- Experienced in managing medium to large projects involving multiple stakeholder groups, business process transformation, platform implementation, organizational change management, contract and vendor management
- Proficient in standard project management practices Certification an advantage
- Effective leader and team player, with ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and cross-functional teams
- Proactive and driven to achieve results; logical and with excellent analytical skills
- With excellent written and oral communication skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-Level executives
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and preferably in MS Project
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
