The position required to manage a companys graphics design projects from concept to delivery, liaison to client, internal staffs and printers involved in the production of a graphics design project.
Responsibilities
- Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design
- Prepare rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients and internal parties to ease communication
- Work with production facility to insure all resources needs are allocated
- Provide all essential documentation to production floor to prepare the deliverables that met client needs. That includes but not limited to Job Tickets, Brand Guidelines, Customer Supplied documents, Printer specification, checklists, all references files stated in the brief, quarantine any non-conformance deliverables reported by Clients and download files from Clients server
- Convert all required information into SGS internal system
- Liaison with production floor on all enquires related to the preparation of deliverables
- Liaison with Client on all correspondents
- Upload files to Client appointed locations.
- Prepare invoice on all completed jobs at the agreed time frame and send a copy to Client for payment settlement and copy Finance division
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs Degree
- Minimum of 2 years&apos related experience in project management
- Previous experience from an advertising agency
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up
