Key Responsibilities
- Establish project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor progress of tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation
- Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Monitor deliverable quality and implement process improvements
- Manage project financials including revenue, cost forecasting, margin management, and procurement
- Support customers and stakeholders while embracing technology and continuous self-development
Technical & Functional Skills
- Knowledge of Python scripting and machine learning libraries
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies
- Familiarity with NLP concepts such as: Key Phrase Extraction (KPE), Named Entity Recognition (NER), Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA)
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of project management experience in Localization, Translation, Data Annotation, or similar environments
- Must be fluent in speaking and writing in MANDARIN
- Experience managing project budgets ranging from $500K–$4M
