Project Manager (Mandarin-speaking)

Key Responsibilities

• Establish project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
• Monitor progress of tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
• Monitor deliverable quality and implement process improvements
• Manage project financials including revenue, cost forecasting, margin management, and procurement
• Support customers and stakeholders while embracing technology and continuous self-development

Technical & Functional Skills

• Knowledge of Python scripting and machine learning libraries
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies
• Familiarity with NLP concepts such as: Key Phrase Extraction (KPE), Named Entity Recognition (NER), Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA)

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of project management experience in Localization, Translation, Data Annotation, or similar environments
• Must be fluent in speaking and writing in MANDARIN
• Experience managing project budgets ranging from $500K–$4M
