Job Description

Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution, implementation, and commercialisation of strategic initiatives.
Manage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels, including senior leadership, clients, and external partners.
Collaborate with and manage stakeholders, clients, and project teams across different countries, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and successful delivery of business objectives.
Drive project governance, prioritisation, risk management, and decision-making to achieve business objectives.
Build strong client relationships and provide leadership throughout project lifecycles.
Coach, mentor, and support team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, delivery processes, and technology adoption.
Support the implementation of emerging technologies and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring quality, timeline, and stakeholder expectations are met.

The Successful Applicant

Fluent Mandarin language skills (spoken and written).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of project management experience within a client-facing environment.
Proven experience managing complex projects, programmes, or implementations.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.
Demonstrated experience working with clients and stakeholders across multiple countries, regions, or global markets.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience within payments, fintech, banking, financial services, or technology sectors.
Experience leading transformation, migration, implementation, or process improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical, reporting, and performance measurement skills.
Experience working within multinational, regional, or global organisations supporting cross-border projects and client engagements.
Exposure to emerging technologies, automation, artificial intelligence, or digital transformation programmes.
