Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

With 3 – 6 years experience as a project manager, preferably with working knowledge in E-commerce end-to-end process.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Project Planning & Delivery Management
• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of IT projects supporting E-Commerce platforms, integrations, enhancements, and related digital initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, deliverables, and implementation activities.
• Adjust project plans based on changing business priorities, technical dependencies, risks, and requirements while ensuring alignment with agreed project objectives.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management
• Serve as the primary project coordination point between E-Commerce business owners, IT teams, vendors, and supporting departments.
• Facilitate project meetings, technical discussions, requirement alignment, status reviews, and decision-making sessions.
• Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility of project status, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions required, and upcoming milestones.
• Project Governance & Documentation
• Maintain project governance and required documentation, including Project Charter, Project Plan, Status Reports, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), RAID Log, Test Strategy, Solution/Design Architecture, Security Plan, Implementation Plan, Change Requests, and Project Closure/Acceptance documents.
• Ensure project decisions, approvals, action items, risks, and scope changes are properly documented and tracked through completion.
• Schedule, Dependency & Resource Management
• Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and proactively manage activities that may impact critical milestones.
• Coordinate dependencies across application development, infrastructure, security, databases, networks, third-party vendors, E-Commerce platforms, and other supporting teams.
• Identify resource constraints and delivery bottlenecks and escalate them appropriately to maintain project momentum.
• Risk, Issue & Change Management
• Proactively identify, assess, document, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Establish mitigation and contingency plans for risks that may affect scope, schedule, quality, security, or production stability.
• Manage changes to project scope and requirements by assessing their impact on timelines, resources, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Testing & Quality Management
• Lead and coordinate project testing activities together with development, QA, business users, and other technical teams.
• Ensure appropriate coverage of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and other required validation activities.
• Monitor defects, testing progress, resolution of critical issues, and readiness for production implementation.
• Technical & E-Commerce Delivery Coordination
• Coordinate delivery activities involving E-Commerce websites, mobile applications, APIs, payment services, order management, inventory, promotions, loyalty, marketplace integrations, and other connected systems, as applicable.
• Work closely with solution architects, developers, QA, infrastructure, security, vendors, and business teams to ensure technical dependencies and integration requirements are properly addressed.
• Translate business requirements and priorities into actionable deliverables for technical teams while maintaining clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Implementation & Production Readiness
• Lead implementation planning and coordinate production deployment activities, including deployment schedules, implementation checklists, rollback plans, support arrangements, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct project readiness assessments and ensure critical defects, dependencies, security requirements, approvals, and operational concerns are addressed prior to go-live.
• Coordinate post-implementation monitoring, production stabilization, issue resolution, and transition to BAU/support teams.
• Project Reporting & Management Visibility
• Provide regular and accurate reporting on project health, milestones, accomplishments, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions requiring management attention.
• Escalate critical risks, blockers, resource constraints, and timeline concerns with clear impact assessments and recommended actions.
• Provide management with sufficient information to support timely project and business decisions.
• Delivery Ownership & Continuous Improvement
• Take ownership of assigned projects from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and formal closure.
• Drive project teams toward agreed deliverables while balancing business priorities, technical constraints, quality, and timelines.
• Conduct project retrospectives and identify opportunities to improve project delivery practices, processes, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
