Job Description

Purpose

The Project Manager (ITS) leads the delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with organizational strategy. This role bridges business objectives and technical execution, driving projects from initiation through deployment and transition to operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery

Plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time and within budget, managing scope, resources, and milestones across the full project lifecycle.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases and project plans.

Manage risks, issues, and changes independently, ensuring projects adhere to organizational standards, security, and governance frameworks.

Tailor project management approaches based on project scale and complexity.

Support the transition of completed projects into operational support, ensuring sustainability and knowledge transfer.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to validate objectives and uncover improvement opportunities.

Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within project delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with business users, technical teams, and leadership to ensure collaborative project delivery.

Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes clearly and in a timely manner.

Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience managing multiple technology projects concurrently and leading cross-functional teams.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification.

Strong technical project management skillset, including familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and cloud platform deployment.

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Ability to develop project plans, write project documentation, and facilitate workshops.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

High integrity, business acumen, and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
