Job Description
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proven domain knowledge of Banking IT systems and testing best practices.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, issue resolution, and progress reporting.
- Comfortable managing vendor relationships and working within a matrixed organization.
Competencies & Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in Project Management within IT.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Banking IT Projects.
- Completed at least 2 full project lifecycles
- (PMP & Prince 2 required).
