About the Company: ING Hubs Philippines is looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to work with the Transformation Center of Expertise and business/support teams, to drive and oversee day to day execution of organizational strategic projects.
About the Role: Change Execution Professional orchestrates the delivery of complex change initiatives (across Functions, Tribes, Borders and/or Business Lines) to deliver transformational change for the business
.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage bank portfolio projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk management, IT, and business units, to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project risks
- Provide regular project updates to senior executives and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, issues, and risks
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Qualification:
- At least 10-12 years of experience in project management or related field, with at least 4 years experience in leading transformation / strategic projects - specifically extensive Project Management experience
- Experienced in successfully managing large-scale projects within a banking environment
- Banking regulatory experience.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior executives and stakeholders
- Experience and knowledgeable of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

- Proficient in project management tools and software.
