Job Title: SD Project / Service Delivery Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SD Project / Service Delivery Manager with a strong technology background to lead and manage complex projects and services across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for endtoend delivery, ensuring projects and services are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high levels of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage delivery from initiation through SteadyState operations.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Project Management

• Own and manage endtoend service delivery and project execution, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, timelines, scope, and budgets.
• Lead multiple projects and delivery initiatives simultaneously from initiation to closure and transition into operations.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, timelines, milestones, risk and dependency registers, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams (Infrastructure, Applications, Operations, Vendors, and Business stakeholders) to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor delivery progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive reporting to stakeholders.
• Act as the primary escalation point for deliveryrelated issues.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and service quality enhancements.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed operational standards and best practices.
• Support incident, problem, and change management activities as required to maintain service stability.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve delivery effectiveness.
• Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover activities are completed.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, leadership, and vendors.
• Manage vendor performance, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Facilitate alignment between business expectations and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management and/or Project Management.
• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects and services in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of IT service management and delivery frameworks.
• Experience working in fastpaced, matrixed organizations.
