Roles and responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all implementation accounts, ensuring effective communication and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage and oversee special projects, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure timely and successful execution
- Participate in pre-onboarding and onboarding planning sessions with potential and new clients to ensure seamless transition and implementation
- Ensure a smooth and efficient client onboarding experience by aligning processes, timelines, and deliverables across all involved departments
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years proven experience as a Project Manager / Coordinator (Implementation / special projects / stakeholder management)
- Ability to manage complex and multiple projects simultaneously
- BPO Industry experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work ONSITE in Makati (Main Site) and Mandaluyong
- Amenable working nigh shift
