Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager (HR & Finance Projects) to lead strategic initiatives within their Global Corporate Operations team. This role will be responsible for managing cross-functional HR and Finance projects, driving process improvements, and ensuring the successful execution of service delivery initiatives across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage key HR and Finance transformation projects within the Global Corporate Operations (GCO) team.
  • Support the execution of GCO service delivery strategies across multiple regions and business units.
  • Identify process gaps, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve process challenges and manage project complexities.
  • Develop and maintain project metrics, dashboards, and reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Drive initiatives focused on improving customer experience, client satisfaction, and service excellence.
  • Ensure all processes, controls, and project deliverables comply with established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and governance requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with business partners while maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and credibility.
  • Support global operations by working with teams across different regions and time zones as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Project Management
  • Experience handling Finance / HR / IT Projects
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end projects and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong partnerships across different levels of the organization.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.
  • Strong understanding of process governance, controls, and operational excellence.
  • High level of energy, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and maintains strict confidentiality.

Work Setup: Hybrid (1x/week in BGC)

Work Shift: UK Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Manila Time)

Contract: 6 months with potential extension / regularization depending on performance and/or business needs.
