Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager to oversee and manage road/highway construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered)
- Minimum of 10 years total experience in civil engineering
- At least 10 years proven experience as a Project Manager in road/highway projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and contract management
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of road/highway infrastructure projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government agencies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met
- Review and approve project deliverables, variations, and progress billings
- Lead project meetings and ensure alignment among all project stakeholders
