We are looking for a senior Operations and Project Management professional who can come in and hit the ground running — no hand-holding, no lengthy onboarding. The right candidate has deep experience working with established companies, is highly proficient with modern project management and business tools, and can immediately bring structure, accountability, and execution to a fast-moving environment. This role will take over day-to-day operational responsibilities currently being handled internally, freeing up the founder to focus on growth.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm | Central Time
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
- Own and manage all active company projects simultaneously — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Break down goals into actionable tasks, assign clear ownership, set deadlines, and track completion
- Build and maintain a company-wide project management system (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
- Run weekly team standups and keep all stakeholders aligned and accountable
- Document repeatable SOPs for core business functions to support scalable growth
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operational workflows and identify inefficiencies proactively
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors — managing scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Support the customer onboarding and success process to reduce churn and improve retention
- Manage and direct team members and contractors as needed
Reporting & Decision Support
- Build and maintain a weekly executive dashboard for the CEO covering key business metrics
- Track and surface trends in SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, trial-to-paid conversion, NPS)
- Own the company reporting cadence — weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of project management or operations experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or tech company
- Proven experience working with or for established, larger organizations — not just startups
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one major PM tool: ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Notion
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with dashboards, spreadsheets, and data-driven decision making
- Experience building SOPs and operational frameworks independently
