Project Manager
Job Description
About role
Own the end-to-end operating model for a large-scale, multi-stakeholder content production program ensuring the right product moves through the right workflow, with the right data, at the right time, across teams, partners and clients. This is a Senior managerial role: you will own outcomes and build the team and system that delivers them, not run day-to-day exceptions yourself.
What You'll Do
- Own the operating model end to end: design and continuously improve the workflow that governs how products move from intake through processing to delivery, across multiple client streams with different rules and requirements.
- Lead and build the team: hire, manage and develop a team of project/program coordinators and specialists, setting goals, reviewing performance and building bench strength as the program scales.
- Own delivery and SLAs: be accountable for program-level throughput, timelines and quality commitments, and report program health to leadership with clear, data-backed status.
- Drive stakeholder and partner management at a senior level: be the primary relationship owner with the client and with key technology/operations partners, managing expectations, escalations and strategic alignment.
- Build the governance layer: establish the reporting, tracking and escalation structure that gives leadership a real-time, reliable view of program status, risk and exceptions without you personally chasing each one.
- Own process and systems improvement: identify recurring operational gaps and convert them into SOPs, business rules, system changes or automation, working closely with tech and operations teams.
- Manage risk proactively: anticipate where the program could break data quality, capacity, partner dependencies, client scope changes and put structures in place before they become delivery problems.
- Represent the program to leadership: be the person who can answer where do we stand, what's at risk, and what are we doing about it with confidence and clarity, at any time.
What We Need
- A senior operator who thinks in systems, not tickets : someone who builds the process and the team that prevents problems, rather than personally resolving each one.
- Proven, extensive people management experience : has built, led and developed teams, not just coordinated with one.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management: comfortable representing the program to clients, partners and leadership, and holding firm, respectful ground when needed.
- Strong command of data and operational rigor : comfortable setting up reporting and governance structures, even if not doing hands-on data entry themselves.
- A track record of taking ambiguous, imperfect operations and turning them into a scalable, well-governed program.
Leadership capability and the ability to build and manage a team are central to this role- this is a project-owner, not a hands-on coordinator position.
Must-Haves :
- 5+ years of total experience, including significant time in a senior program/project leadership role.
- Extensive, proven people management experience, has directly managed and developed a team of 15+ for a sustained period.
- Background in one of: Senior Program Manager, Head of Operations, Director/Senior Manager – Project Management, or an equivalent senior operations leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience owning a large-scale, multi-stakeholder operation involving data, technology and external partners/clients.
- Strong executive communication skills - able to represent a program confidently to senior leadership and clients.
Good-to-Haves
- Experience in e-commerce, fashion merchandising, or content/studio production operations.
- Experience setting up a program from an early or unstructured stage into a mature, governed operation.
- Exposure to managing SLAs and delivery commitments with large enterprise clients.
Why join FlixStock :
- Own something real. You're not managing a workflow someone else designed. You're building the operating model, team and governance structure for a large, complex program from the ground up.
- Senior-level scope, senior-level stakes. Direct ownership of delivery, a sizeable team, and a seat representing the program to leadership and major clients, not a layer beneath where decisions happen.
- Move fast. Decisions here take days, not quarters.
