Project Manager (Fit Out)

Role Description The Project Manager (Fit Out) is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. This role oversees end-to-end fit-out projects for residential spaces, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating all activities from design finalization to installation and handover. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinating with designers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams; and ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and brand standards. The Project Manager (Fit Out) monitors expediting of materials, resolves site issues, conducts inspections, and prepares regular progress reports for stakeholders. This role also supports continuous improvement of project processes and maintains strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and oversight of fit-out projects
• Proven experience managing interior fit-out or construction projects, ideally in high-end residential spaces
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, designers, suppliers, and contractors
• Ability to interpret design drawings, technical specifications, and layout plans
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in Makati and visit project locations as needed
