Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of eCommerce platform projects.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Coordinate with business, development, QA, and product teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Oversee project planning, execution, regression cycles, code freeze activities, and release management.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
- Drive accountability, process adherence, and delivery governance across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of Project Management experience with at least 3+ years in eCommerce projects.
- Hands-on experience with modern commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience independently managing Agile ceremonies.
- Good technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, web/mobile applications, QA cycles, and release processes.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in overlap hours with US time zones.
- Strong leadership and assertive personality with the ability to drive process compliance and project execution.

- Experience managing enterprise-level digital commerce initiatives.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and fast-paced delivery environments.
