SavvyCore is looking for a Project Manager (Events) for one of our clients.

Role Description: The Project Manager (Events) will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and client events from concept to completion. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Mandaluyong, with a mix of on-site presence and work-from-home flexibility as project needs require.

Day-to-day responsibilities include defining event objectives, timelines, and budgets; coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; managing logistics such as venues, equipment, and transportation; and monitoring project status to ensure events are delivered on time and within scope.

The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage risk and issue resolution, track project documentation, and conduct post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients and leadership, preparing regular progress reports, and ensuring all events align with brand standards and quality expectations.

  • Experience in expediting and working as an expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and event-related requirements.

  • Background in inspection or quality checks to verify event deliverables, vendor outputs, and compliance with standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities, with attention to detail and a focus on outcomes.
  • Proficiency in common project management tools and productivity software (e.g., MS Office, project tracking platforms).
  • Willingness to work on-site in Mandaluyong as required by project schedules and event activities.
