Project Manager - Engineering/Product Development

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager Engineering/Product Development, or strong engineering team leads / supervisors ready to step into a management role. Summary of the Role

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate technical and operational projects to ensure successful execution across teams. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges, guide project teams, and maintain alignment with organizational objectives.

The role requires a combination of project management expertise, technical understanding, and leadership ability to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects within technical, engineering, or operational functions

Develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timelines and objectives are met

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational or technical challenges

Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project delivery

Guide and support project team members to maximize performance and development

Must-Have Skills / Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Proven experience in project or program management within engineering, manufacturing, or technical development environments

Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring technical teams; team leads and supervisors ready to step up are encouraged to apply

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
