Position: Program Manager SAP

Location: Manila, Philippines

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager SAP to lead and manage large-scale SAP engagements for global clients. The role will be based in Manila, Philippines, and will be responsible for overseeing multiple SAP initiatives including AMS (Application Management Support), implementations, and rollouts.

The ideal candidate will have strong client engagement experience, deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments, and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring successful program delivery.

Preference will be given to Filipino candidates with strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management

  • Lead and manage end-to-end SAP programs including implementations, rollouts, and AMS engagements.
  • Ensure successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Oversee multiple project streams and ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks.
Client Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership for program delivery matters.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders including CIOs, IT leadership, and business users.
  • Manage client expectations, escalations, and strategic discussions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery quality.
Delivery Oversight

  • Coordinate with functional, technical, and AMS support teams across multiple SAP modules.
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure proper resource planning, utilization, and team performance management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery and operational efficiency.
Governance & Communication

  • Conduct Steering Committee meetings, governance reviews, and program status reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and critical issues.
  • Maintain clear communication between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP project management or client engagement roles.
  • Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA programs or projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing AMS engagements, SAP implementations, and global rollouts.
  • Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing multi-module SAP landscapes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage distributed teams across locations.
