Project Manager - Digital & Technology

(OnePuhunan), we're using technology to make financial services more accessible to Filipino communities and small businesses.We're looking for a Project Manager who can turn ideas into action, keep teams moving, and make sure projects actually get delivered — on time, within scope, and with real business impact.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll own the delivery of technology and business projects from planning to implementation.You will: Lead projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

• Work closely with Product, IT, Business, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
• Build and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and blockers — and make sure they don't stay blockers
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder discussions
• Work with Agile/Scrum teams and support effective sprint and delivery practices
• Coordinate requirements, testing, implementation, and deployment activities
• Monitor project scope, resources, budget, and overall delivery performance
• Help teams identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
• Make sure projects deliver the intended business outcome, not just a finished checklist

What We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you have:

• 2+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in software development or technology projects
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum or software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another IT-related field
• Strong communication, coordination, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping projects moving
• A problem-solving mindset and the confidence to speak up, ask questions, and drive action
• Experience in microfinance, banking, fintech, or financial services is a plus
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or equivalent are a plus
