Project Manager

• Liaises closely with the different stakeholders, namely clients, architects, consultants, main contractor, sub-contractors, specialists and relevant authorities to ensure the smooth and timely execution of project deliverables.
• Provide necessary comparisons and recommendations on short listed vendors, Subcons and Specialists before final confirmation by the Managing Director.
• Oversea the budget sheet of project(s) under your care and make timely reports to the Managing Director periodically on the profit and attendance.
• Ensure monthly/weekly progress and safety reports are submitted on time.
• Work out any costs saving in term of value of engineering and presenting it to the Managing Director before making submission to the client.

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance and compliance with the project specifications, codes, standard and regulations.

• Manage all team members and ensure the deliver daily works to meet project requirements.

• Manage and submit all variation costs and monitor project closely to ensure variation cost confirmation before awarding of work of claims made by Sub-Contractors and Vendor.

• Report Project Progress to the Management Director and Work at any project assigned to you by the Company.

• Manage and ensure all progress claims are submitted in timely manner.

• Report any major concerns and /or impacts of projects matters to the Managing Director.
