Project Manager/Delivery Lead

Role Overview

The successful candidate will provide end-to-end leadership for a strategic transformation program, ensuring successful planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, governance, and execution activities.
• Drive delivery management across multiple project workstreams.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and compliance requirements.
• Establish and maintain program controls, reporting, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure delivery milestones, quality standards, and transformation objectives are achieved.

Required Experience

• 12–15+ years of experience in technology program and project management.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong experience in delivery management, governance, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Experience within banking, financial services, or core banking transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
