Project Manager - Delivery

The core purpose of the Delivery Owner role is to coordinate and support the delivery of technology initiatives across

Hosting Squad and wider Technology Infrastructure portfolio. The role is responsible for helping ensure delivery outcomes

meet business needs, risks, issues and dependencies are actively managed, stakeholders remain engaged, and delivery

activities are effectively coordinated across multiple teams and vendors.

This role will support multiple initiatives and projects concurrently.

Broader duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Coordinating delivery activities across multiple technology initiatives and workstreams.

• Managing RAID items, dependencies, delivery plans and governance requirements.

• Facilitating delivery ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning and backlog refinement.

• Working closely with technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes.

• Preparing and presenting governance reporting and portfolio updates.

• Supporting financial tracking, forecasting and resource coordination activities.

• Managing project documentation and ensuring key delivery artefacts remain current.

• Using Jira and Confluence to support delivery planning, backlog management, reporting and documentation.

• Coordinating cross-team dependencies and escalating risks, issues and blockers where required.

• Supporting prioritisation and readiness of work through the delivery pipeline.

• Building strong relationships across IT, business stakeholders and external partners.

• Managing competing priorities while maintaining delivery momentum.

• Supporting the delivery of initiatives to agreed scope, quality, schedule and budget outcomes.

Beneficial experience – demonstrated experience across one or more of infrastructure, hosting, cloud platforms, workplace

technologies, regional technology projects, or similar enterprise technology environments.

Any potential candidate will need strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, the ability to navigate

ambiguity and competing priorities, and experience working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical

stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes. Experience supporting Australian stakeholders and working across geographically

distributed teams.
