We are hiring a Project Manager – Networking, Datacenter & HPC for a renowned Global Technology Client on a 1 year extendable contract role based in Singapore. This position is ideal for an experienced project management professional with strong exposure to networking, data center infrastructure, HPC environments, and power infrastructure, driving end-to-end delivery of critical technology projects.

Overview:

The role is suited for a delivery-focused Project Manager with strong technical exposure to networking, HPC, data center, and power infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams, vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required specifications.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network, data center, HPC, and infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with networking, HPC, electrical/power, facilities, data center, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams while managing dependencies between IT, networking, electrical, and facilities teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, implementation plans, and status reports.
• Manage site readiness, infrastructure deployment, testing, commissioning, migration, and handover activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, engineering partners, and client teams throughout project delivery.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
• Lead project meetings, steering committees, technical discussions, and stakeholder updates.
• Manage change control, escalation, and resolution of delivery issues while ensuring compliance with technical, operational, safety, quality, and documentation standards.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within data center, networking, HPC, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong experience delivering complex, large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
• Demonstrated experience working with HPC environments and infrastructure deployments.
• Strong understanding of data center power infrastructure, including power distribution, electrical systems, capacity planning, and infrastructure readiness.
• Strong technical knowledge of core networking and data center technologies.
• Experience coordinating across networking, HPC, electrical/power, facilities, and data center engineering teams.
• Strong vendor, contractor, and third-party management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex project dependencies, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Singapore or APAC project delivery experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with Cisco/network infrastructure, HPC clusters, high-density compute environments, and data center power and cooling infrastructure.
• Experience with data center build-outs, expansions, migrations, or technology refresh projects.
• Experience delivering projects in high-density or high-power data center environments.
• Experience working with global technology companies, hyperscalers, or large enterprise environments.
