Job Summary
The role is responsible for managing the planning, intake, and onboarding of projects delivered on the CRM Platform. The role supports the broader CRM Portfolio through structured demand management, resource estimation, execution readiness, audit support and vendor coordination.
The role works closely with business units and IT stakeholders to develop business cases for CRM Platform initiatives and ensures adherence to IT governance standards during the Service Definition phase.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Platform Demand Management & Onboarding
• Define, implement, and maintain the demand management and onboarding processes for CRM Platform.
• Establish and sustain consistent templates, standards, and working practices for CRM Platform demand activities.
• Develop platform-level effort and resource estimates for onboarding CRM Application projects, in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Support CRM Platform leadership by providing structured inputs, including demand summaries, planning insights, and onboarding status.
• Drive continuous improvement of demand management and onboarding processes to improve efficiency and predictability.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts supporting CRM Platform demand management, planning, and reporting activities
Planning and Resource Estimation
• Lead the end-to-end business case development for CRM Platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with IT governance standards during the Service Definition phase.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify scope, objectives, dependencies, and development readiness of proposed initiatives.
• Lead capacity planning and monitoring within the CRM Platform Unit to support effective resourcing and execution readiness.
Standards, Audit & Compliance Support
• Support audit and assurance activities related to CRM Platform operations by maintaining required documentation and evidence.
• Partner with risk and compliance teams to support reviews, address findings, and enable continuous improvement.
Vendor & Contract Support
• Support vendor and contract management activities for CRM Platform Unit by monitoring contract durations and triggering renewal or extension activities in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with procurement, and contract teams, and vendors to ensure contracts accurately reflect requirements and agreed terms and conditions.
• Provide vendor performance evaluation to support delivery quality and accountability.
