Project Manager Construction Industry || Work-from-Home Role

Job Role:

1. Coordinate shop drawing submissions between contractors and project consultants, including:

• Structural Engineer (DCI)
• MEP Engineer (Mihael)
• Geotechnical Engineer (Billow)
• Architect / Grid Drafting & Consulting

2. Coordinate drawings requiring architectural review and stamping through Grid Drafting & Consulting.

3. Track and manage contractor questions, consultant responses, revisions, approvals, and outstanding items.

4. Ensure communication between contractors, engineers, architects, and consultants is properly addressed and documented.

5. Maintain organized digital archives for:

• Shop drawings
• RFIs
• Revisions
• Consultant responses
• Permits
• Project documentation

6. Follow up on pending items to assist with maintaining project schedules and avoiding delays.

7. Coordinate with multiple contractors and consultants simultaneously across several active projects.

8.Assist with review coordination for plumbing, MEP, structural, and technical submissions prior to consultant review when required.

9. Help maintain overall project organization and communication flow between all parties involved.

10. Responsibilities may be modified, expanded, or adjusted as the employee becomes more acclimated to company workflow, project structure, and operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction coordination, pre-construction planning, architecture, engineering, or project management.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, shop drawings, and consultant coordination workflows.
• Experience supporting residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects preferred.
• Strong organizational and project tracking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment with multiple active projects and deadlines running simultaneously.
• Strong communication, responsiveness, organization, and follow-up are critical for success in this role.
