Job Requirements

Qualifications – Project Manager (Construction)

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) is preferred
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in construction project management or a related role
  • Proven experience in handling construction projects from planning to completion
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and site operations
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEPF plans
  • Knowledgeable in project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource management
  • Experience in coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software is an advantage
  • Willing to conduct site visits and work on-site as required
  • Willing to travel or be assigned to different project locations
  • With strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Develop and monitor project timelines, schedules, budgets, and manpower requirements.
  • Supervise and coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are completed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that target deadlines and milestones are achieved.
  • Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEPF plans, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding project requirements and concerns.
  • Monitor project costs, materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, safety, quality, and overall project progress.
  • Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, technical concerns, and other project-related problems.
  • Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit project progress reports, updates, and other required documentation.
  • Coordinate procurement and delivery of construction materials, equipment, and other project requirements.
  • Manage project changes, variations, and additional works while ensuring proper documentation and approval.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to management and clients.
  • Ensure proper project turnover, completion, and close-out documentation.
