We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion. This role is responsible for ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, cost control, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management and implementation
- Oversee contract management, claims, and project execution
- Manage project planning, permits, and resource allocation
- Direct coordination of manpower, materials, equipment, and budget
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards
- Supervise subcontractors performance, safety, and work quality
- Manage project monitoring, reporting, and corrective actions
- Lead project close-out activities, including documentation and client acceptance
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders on project requirements
- Prepare billing documentation aligned with project milestones
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
- At least 10 years of experience in construction, EPC, or infrastructure projects
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial or project leadership role
- With at least 40 hours of training in Project Management and/or QHSE systems
- Strong knowledge in construction processes, contract management, and project controls
