Project Manager for Product Support

Lead and manage end-to-end product support projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (support & operations) to resolve product issues and implement enhancements.

Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives for product stability.

Perform risk assessments, and stakeholder communication throughout the support period.

Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), governance standards, and best practices in product support processes.
