Qualifications:- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Essential Leadership Skills, Essential Communication Skills, Time Management, Team Management, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking.- With working knowledge of MS Office
Experience with Project Management Software Tools
- Leadership, Organizational & Planning, Active Listening and Problem-Solving
Good written and verbal communication skills- Experience 5 to 8 years with at least 2 years working as Industrial Automation Project Manager/Lead Project Engineer.
Preferably from Cebu/Visayas and familiar with the places in that area
- Fluency in Cebuano language is an advantage
