About the role

As a Project Manager at BRINK'S PHILIPPINES, INC., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of key initiatives within our Retail/Branch Banking division. This full-time position is based in Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and executing comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and efficient implementation of new products, services and operational improvements
2. Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business to define project requirements, manage risks and address any issues that arise
3. Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks, and providing regular updates to senior leadership
4. Leading and motivating project teams, providing direction, support and coaching to ensure successful project delivery
5. Driving continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes, capturing key learnings and implementing process enhancements

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the Banking or Financial Services industry
2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to tailor approaches to the specific needs of each initiative
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence key decision-makers
4. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
5. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including Agile and waterfall approaches
