Job Description

Job Functions

  • Plan, organize, and manage project activities, resources, and schedules to ensure timely delivery of business

initiatives.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on status, timelines, costs, and staffing requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external quality standards (e.g., ISO standards).
  • Develop and implement processes, policies, and operational standards that support the department's

tactical direction.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in a specialized discipline and provide guidance on complex projects or

initiatives.

  • Drive the development of new solutions for programs, projects, and operational processes.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, development, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and integrate vendor deliverables into project plans when applicable.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in project management and business process improvement.
  • Proven ability to manage complex and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
  • Knowledge of quality management frameworks and organizational standards.
  • Must have experience in BPO industries.
