Project Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports directly to the President
• Do, monitor, manage Project Execution Plan (PEP – Manage: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resource, Communication, Risk, Procurement, & Integration). And present status updates regularly to higher management /owner.
• Manage & oversee in-house team (PM/CM/QS) & 3^rd party Trade Contractor's /Contractor's Project Management /Construction Management, Project In-charge, & QS teams , ensuring they are all in control of their respective work packages /projects.
• Leads in the coordination with the respective teams to ensure the project(s) are delivered on set & expected quality by management /proponents & clients (company quality standards).
• Arbitrate and assist in the settlement of problems/conflict between members of the Project Technical Group (PTG) on technical aspects and coordination issues.
• Leads /manage /oversee value engineering process during project planning and construction
• Ensures weekly and/or monthly Project Manager Reporting are done - to keep the higher/top management updated on the project status, also this is the venue for the presentation of Issues & Concerns affecting the area managed that may need immediate action & support from top management.

• Participate in brand building activities, to include but not limited to corporate events, community efforts and office gatherings.
• Be immersed in an extensive BE Culture Journey, to be groomed as a BE Ambassador and be able to facilitate the BE Culture trainings in the future.
• Adhere to and demonstrate the company's set of corporate values, and abide by the policies and procedures of the company for the employees.
• Encourage and promote camaraderie within teams and departments, with the Company Vision and Mission in mind.
• Be open and flexible to perform other related tasks/duties relevant to the Department/Company as may be assigned from time to time.
