Project Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to oversee construction and renovation projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

• Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction and renovation projects.

• Control project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure the cost-effective use of resources.

• Oversee project execution and ensure that all work performed meets established quality standards.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.

• Manage change orders, identify project risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping throughout all project phases.

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Supervise project close-out processes and ensure proper turnover of completed projects.

• Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or any related Bachelor's Degree.

• With at least 35 years of intensive work experience related to project delivery and construction management.

• Experience handling cost-locked projects, project planning, scheduling, and project close-out/turnover.

• Knowledgeable in CADD and basic computer software/tools used for project management and cost monitoring.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

• Strong project planning and scheduling capabilities.

• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

• Ability to anticipate risks and implement effective solutions.
