Project Manager

• Position: Project Manager
  
• Location: Legazpi City, Albay | Daraga, Albay
  
• Salary Package: Php23,000 to Php60,000 per month
  
• Schedule: Monday to Friday | Graveyard Shift
  
• Work Setup: Onsite
  

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT infrastructure projects (design, planning, deployment)

• Work closely with Sales and Technical Account Managers to provide pre-sales consulting and solution design

• Build and manage project plans ensuring smooth transition to support and BAU teams

• Act as the final escalation point for technical support (L3)

Technologies You'll Work With

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Defender, Windows Server

• Security & Backup: Sophos, Microsoft Defender XDR, Datto

• Networking: DHCP, DNS, LAN, VLAN, WLAN, WAN

• Tools: ConnectWise Manage PSA/RMM, ITGlue

• Support clients using ConnectWise PSA and RMM tools

• Document infrastructure and systems in ITGlue

• Mentor and train junior support and project staff

• Maintain industry certifications (Microsoft, Sophos, Datto, etc.)

  
  
  

• At least 5 years of MSP project delivery experience
  

• Proven success with Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations

• Strong skills in Windows Server and networking environments

• Experience managing project teams and client stakeholders

• Microsoft 365/Azure certifications (required)
  

• Valid NSW driver's license and roadworthy vehicle
