Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end migration of our corporate websites to a new platform. This role will partner closely with Marketing, IT, Digital, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of a modern, scalable, and high-performing website aligned with business and brand goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital projects, website migrations, and cross-functional stakeholder management, with good appreciation of marketing objectives and ability to align with technical teams.

Job specific accountabilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of the website migration project (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
• Serve as the primary point Marketing and working in concert with , IT, Brand, UX/UI, Content, and external vendor teams.
• Direct and manage internal teams from multiple locations.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with marketing and business goals.
• Coordinate migration activities including content transfer, SEO preservation, UX/UI changes, and integrations.
• Support testing phases (UAT, performance, QA) to ensure quality and functionality.
• Works with stakeholders to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements and implementation of projects.
• Provides effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors and management.
• Identifies, analyzes, mitigates, documents, and controls project issues and risks that impact project delivery and escalate to management
• Support marketing teams in change management and adoption to the new platform
• Ensure smooth transition and post-launch stabilization

Knowledge & skills

• At least 5-6 years with experience as a Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager delivering complex technology solutions with a University Degree or College diploma
• Experience in the development of a broadly implemented technology stack
• Experience in delivering projects from inception through to post-implementation warranty using waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in managing and delivering projects involving stakeholders from multiple locations
• Experience in of the enterprise content management platforms will be an advantage.
• Any of the following certifications will be an advantage:

PMP certifications

Scrum Master Certification

Insurance Industry experience

ITIL Certification

Working knowledge of business intelligence, business process, and/or correspondence

management platforms and integrating systems via API/web services.

Knowledge of project planning and tracking tools

Excellent verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes
