About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. This is a high-visibility role where you will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, working directly with regional stakeholders to drive operational excellence for a globally recognized household brand.
Project Scope & Responsibilities
- Project Mapping & Strategy: Identification and mapping of all projects 2026 and beyond, assessment of needs/resources and capabilities required, precise timelines, prioritization, and alignment.
- Change Management: It should include the change management needs and timetable as well for each, when applicable, as well as scope and impact in workload of people directly and indirectly impacted.
- Dynamic Leadership: Among those projects, your role might vary in which you will monitor/track/alert, other instances where you will be the conductor/facilitator, and other instances where you will be involved as a participant and even a Project Lead at times.
- Focus Area: This role will touch multiple projects within the commercial online and offline transformation.
KPIs for Success
- Scoping: For all projects: updated list/scoping with all relevant information in order to ease decision making and resources allocation.
- Leadership Alignment: Alignment with Country Leadership Team (CLT) on prioritization.
- Stakeholder Management: Inform key stakeholders of the prioritized projects of the rationale of the projects and their roles – when applicable.
- Methodology: Integration of change management methodology and metrics when applicable.
- Operational Excellence:Smooth communication, on-time deliverables.
- Proactive Reporting: Prepare the relevant data, communicate in advance when obstacles and delay.
- Milestones: Milestones required for the project will be provided upon onboarding.
Qualifications
- Experience: Ideal candidate possess strong business and commercial acumen (8-10yrs), have work company-wide transformation, relevant experience in dealing with high level executives in FMCG or fast paced organization, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Industry Context: Experience handling accounts or projects in FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods is a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills. You must be comfortable navigating complex organizational structures.
- Project Tooling: Develop capabilities with support of HR/manager on tools or methods as needed.
- Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills, fluency in speaking English is a must. Proactively inform stakeholders and obtain all necessary and accurate information to update projects in a timely fashion.
- Organization: This position requires thorough planning and discipline. Clarity and proactivity are critical to success. Meetings are expected to be booked in advance and ran with proper agenda sent in advance.
