As a Project Manager, you are responsible to led cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex projects from initiation to completion. Managed scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Implemented project management best practices, streamlined workflows, and improved communication across technical and non-technical teams. Delivered measurable results through effective risk mitigation, resource allocation, and data-driven decision-making.

About the Role

Monitor and update resource allocation plans. Assist in forecasting resource needs based on project requirements. Maintain accurate records of resource availability and utilization. Coordinate with team leads to ensure proper staffing for tasks. Support reporting on resource performance and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
• Knowledge in MS project application is an advantage
• Experience in SAP or S4/Hana is an advantage
• Strong attention to details and data accuracy
• Highly organized, collaborative and an analytical-thinker
• Strong leadership skills capable of handling multiple talents spread across different locations
• Willing to work onsite at Quezon City.
