Job Description
- Handles rectification works prior to inspection
- Prepare inspection request
- Check on subcontractor's and worker's activities to ensure their works comply with project specification and standards.
- Provide detailed and critical technical support
- Oversee non-compliance notice implementation and verification
- Coordinate with subcontractor's involved in the work
- In charge of punch listing prior to consultant's inspection
- Review and consolidate the Quality Control documents or records for filing, handing over and archiving system upon completion of project
- Monitor and resolve the Architectural issues of every site
- Monitor activities of the Project Site Architects and ensure that all activities are properly implemented
- Review reports of the Site Architects before forwarding it to the client or to the Operations Head
- Discuss site issues and resolutions to the Operations Head
- Review the Look Ahead Schedule and give direction to the Site architects to ensure time to time activities
- Decide on small issues and elevate bigger issues to the Operations Head for better resolution
- Directly report to the Operation Head all activities of Architects
- Handles rectification works prior to inspection
- Involve in Architectural Plan Review prior to execution
