Project Manager

Summary

Anyone Can Cook Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee store construction, fit-out, and renovation projects. This role is ideal for an Architecture graduate with 1-2 years of project management experience, and is eager to contribute to the Company's growth; seeing projects from start to finish and enjoying turning plans into reality.

You will play a key role in coordinating stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring that each project is completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

1) Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of store construction, fit-out, and renovation projects to ensure timely and successful completion.

2) Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, landlords, and internal departments to facilitate project requirements, monitor progress, and maintain alignment with project objectives.

3) Conduct site inspections, monitor project schedules and budgets, identify potential risks or delays, and implement appropriate actions to support project quality and operational readiness.

Qualifications

1) Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

2) 1–2 years of experience in project management, construction, fit-out, or a related field

3) Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and other relevant project management tools

4) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

5) Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

6) Willingness to travel and conduct site visits as required
