● Defines strategy and justifies the entire plan for the project (work plan, team structure, team process, stakeholder involvement plan, configuration management plan, management plans, and the like).
● Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
● Manages the Financial Performance (PnL) of the project
● Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
● Executes & monitors the execution of the project plan in meeting the organization's goal for project schedule, budget, and quality expectation. Use metrics to monitor (EVM), analyze, and manage projects.
● Reports an accurate project status internally to management and relevant customer stakeholders.
● Manage risk management, stakeholder management, client relationships, and expectations for the duration of the project.
