Project Manager (A1 main contractor, Institutional Building Project)

Our client is a well-established Singapore-based construction firm with a strong track record in delivering institutional, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Known for its commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery, the company has successfully completed numerous public sector and large-scale building projects across Singapore.

As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead an upcoming institutional building project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire site operation throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders effectively
• Monitor project progress, costs, and resources to ensure alignment with budget and schedule
• Serve as the key point of contact for all project-related matters

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline, recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore
• At least 10 years of experience in institutional building projects (e.g., schools, healthcare, public facilities)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager capacity
• Proven track record in managing projects independently from start to completion
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of local construction regulations and authority requirements
