Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
Must be a Registered and Licensed Electronics or Electrical (PRC licensed).
With 5 years related work experience in FDAS and Auxiliary Items
With proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or related industry
Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills
Knowledgeable in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
Experienced in handling contractors, suppliers, and client coordination
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to do site visits and handle multiple projects
Duties And Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion
Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources (SWM)
Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans
Conduct site inspections and monitor daily and weekly progress
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
Handle project documentation, reports, and progress billing (FWAR/PB)
Identify issues, delays, and risks; implement solutions and catch-up plans
Manage variation orders, testing & commissioning, and project close-out
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies
Lead team development, meetings, and performance monitoring
Perform other related duties as assigned
