Your Mission
- Office Operations – run day-to-day logistics for both Makati and Alabang sites, manage assets, budgets, safety and vendor relations.
- People Leadership – mentor graduates, PMO analysts and PMs; guide performance reviews; coordinate training and career plans.
- Culture & Engagement – craft quarterly events, Project 7 charity drives and all-hands meetings that strengthen our shared values.
- Practice Support – partner with the PMO Practice Lead on client engagements, quality reviews and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- HR Liaison – work hand-in-hand with Sydney HR to onboard talent, resolve issues and uphold compliance (incl. call-tree & weather advisories).
- Financial Stewardship – own quarterly budgets, track actuals vs forecasts, and report insights to Finance.
What You Bring
- Proven track record leading multi-site teams in a professional-services or project-delivery environment.
- 7-plus years experience in operations, PMO or project-management support roles; exposure to client-facing delivery a plus.
- Natural team-builder with superb coaching, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tenacity and calm under pressure—weather events, tight deadlines, last-minute changes.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; comfortable whipping up dashboards and action logs.
- Sharp eye for detail, high personal integrity, and genuine passion for helping people succeed.
