Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing construction phase delivery of project's construction and design requirements.
  • Resolving construction and design issues among stakeholders.
  • Assisting in reviewing and coordinating project design documents.
  • Reviewing and suggesting design modifications.
  • Evaluating project viability based on resources, technology, and market demand.
  • Handling building or design questions for mutual agreement.
  • Reviewing each building plan for design quality.
  • Scheduling routine maintenance for efficient use of facilities and utilities.
  • Monitoring mechanical and electrical operations.
  • Operating and controlling major equipment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering; Must be a PRC License holder
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
  • With background in Construction Industry and/or Project Management
  • Strong communications and organizational skills, keen to details
  • Willing to do field works/branch visits if needed
  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
