The Officer (Project Management - Terminal Expansion and Development) will assist the Project Manager and the Vice President for Terminal Expansion and Development by making sure critical projects are given focus and constant follow through.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Assists in overseing all aspects of Seaoil's critical expansion projects from planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
2. Arranges meetings with project engineers, legal team, and other collaborators
3. Takes notes during meetings and presentations.
4. Monitors and follows up critical action items and project deliverables with the collaborator assigned to execute the tasks
5. Assists the Project Manager in preparing GANTT Charts, Status Reports and Minutes of Meetings for critical projects
6. Assists the Project Manager and the TED Engineering Team in presenting the Project to LGUs, communities, and other stakeholders from time to time.
7. Prepares, monitors, and updates the GANTT Chart, S-Curve, and other project management planning and reporting tools
8. Documents variance and delays from estimated project timelines
9. Assists the TED Engineering Team, Legal, Operations, Government Relations, and other project collaborators during crisis situations by developing a collaborative catch up plan
10. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
