Role Overview:

Primary Function: We're looking for a Project Management Supervisor to join our team and ensure the completion of manufacturing projects on time and within budget. In this role, you will make recommendations for the standardization of project management processes for construction and machines, delivering consistent adherence across all operation sites.

As a Project Management Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by defining the project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. You will also prepare project plans, activities, timelines, and resource requirements.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or any related course
• With at least 3-5 years of experience in a related field
• With knowledge in the Project Management Cycle – Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing, including concept frameworks and tools
• Familiarity with Capacity Planning
• With an understanding of Manufacturing Operations and Processes, and Supply Chain Management
• Skilled in Strategy and Planning, including Project Planning and Resource Allocation
• Willing to travel to assigned sites
• Willing to be based in Ortigas or Novaliches
