Job Description
Job Overview:
- To provide the necessary support to Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties.
- To prepare feasibility studies on properties that will be developed into residential projects.
- To manage the property and raw land offers database.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or any business related course.
- With at least 3 years of work experience in the real estate industry preferably in the Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research Department
- With at least experience in assisting leads / managers in land acquisition.
- Knowledgeable in real estate policies and standard practices.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
